The Process

How it works

Consult

Step 1

Complementary 15 minute phone call to understand what client is looking to achieve using hypnotherapy, and how I can assist in supporting this goal. 

Preparation

Step 2

I recommend keeping a clear mind, regrain from drinking or drugs up to 24 hours before appointment.  Wait to drink caffein until after session.  Best results come from clear focus, mindset, and hydrated body.

Intake

Step 3

Following arrival, we will hold space for a grounding exercise to bring us into the present moment, and focus on intentions for the session.
 Any further questions, comments, or concerns can be addressed here. 

Hypnosis

Step 4

Sit back and relax while I guided you into a meditative trans state, safely allowing your subconscious to absorb the information that matches clients goals. Depepnding on the purpose of the session, dialogue can be exchanged during this process as well.

Conclusion

Step 5

Slowly bring you back to the present moment and discuss what came up for you during the process. Water bottle will be provided, as it is important to stay hydrated. We are reading a lot of stored energy and want to ensure that we replace it with healthy energies moving forward.
